Contract to Hire
We are seeking a competent experienced Recruitment Program Manager who is willing to work on a contract basis for 90 days or less with the intention of going full time with our client.
The Recruitment Program Manager will serve a critical role in building programs to support the recruiting strategy and build the talent pipeline for this highly successful publicly traded international manufacturing company.
Lead project to evaluate and evolve the company’s employment brand with focus on positioning our client as an employer of choice in their local communities
Establish partnerships with key schools and colleges with a focus on targeted campus recruitment efforts
Create an onboarding program that leverages best practices for assimilating new hires into the company and optimizes the new hire experience
Develop and launch a summer internship program
Establish diversity partnerships with targeted organizations that support diversity efforts
Partner to strengthen existing recruitment practices and to pave the way for new strategies/methods with the overarching goal of improving recruitment and retention
The position provides an opportunity to get out of the trenches and lead the recruiting function at a Strategic level.
We are looking for someone who has developed and led programs and has demonstrated project/program management experience.
