Reporting to the Partners, the Client Service Associate plays an instrumental role in interacting with clients at a high level. The CSA contributes to the smooth operation of a fast-paced—and friendly—financial planning office.  The ideal path starts as a licensed Client Service Associate and works toward the responsibility of a junior Financial Advisor and later Partner. The CSA helps achieve the company’s vision of providing an outstanding client experience through the orchestration and delivery of systems that deliver a consistent, repeatable, and reliable service experience for their clients.

  • Be the liaison between clients, advisors, and corporate office
  • Handle client inquiries
  • Prepare reports for client accounts for upcoming meetings
  • Prepare account rebalances and allocations reports for client meetings
  • Implement approved account investment and rebalancing
  • Track all previously submitted business for completion and next steps
  • Follow up with home office and other team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Work toward investment model research and creation
  • Work toward financial advising, conducting client meetings, relationship management
  • Work toward Certified Financial Planner ™ designation


Necessary Qualifications, Experience, & Qualities

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Strong technology skills, Intermediate level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses
  • Familiar with trade operations and money movement platforms
  • Ability to persistently and successfully trouble-shoot a variety of customer-related issues
  • Unswerving attention to detail and organization
  • Effective communication and ability to work productively with clients and other advisors/staff
  • Effective and efficient time management
  • Polite and clear phone manner
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and thrive while under pressure
  • Ability to adhere to rules and regulations as stated and required by an advisor, LPL Financial, Industry Regulations
  • Positive attitude and sincere willingness to constantly learn and grow
  • Strong moral compass

Compensation – $65-75K + DOE/BONUS ( base salary will vary depending on level and years of experience)
